Please RSVP for all guests in your party by July 5, 2025.

We plan to hold our ceremony on the grounds outside of the Lodge. However, we understand that the weather in the Lower Mainland can change quickly. In the event of rain or other inclement weather, we will have the ceremony on the outdoor covered balcony instead. The reception and dinner will take place inside the Lodge after the ceremony, following a short cocktail hour.

We kindly request that all guests wear formal/cocktail attire. Please check the forecast ahead of time and dress comfortably for the weather. Feel free to bring your best dancing shoes as well!

There is limited complimentary parking at Minnekhada Lodge (19 stalls). Please consider carpooling with other guests to ensure enough parking spaces are available for everyone. For more information about parking and accessing the Lodge, please visit the Venue tab.

Please aim to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 p.m. so we can ensure everyone is seated in time for the ceremony.
